- ➤ Scottsdale Unified School District received five donated automated external defibrillators (AEDs) from HonorHealth and the Scottsdale Charros on Thursday, Feb. 12 for its high schools; the equipment was purchased with a Charros grant to boost campus safety during sporting events and activities. - ➤ Former students, staff and community members gathered at Indian Bend Elementary on Feb. 1 to plant eight commemorative saguaros that honor a 40-year legacy and signal plans for a new building.
