- ➤ Scottsdale City Council approved a three-year agreement with Scottsdale Arts to manage arts programs and cultural events starting July 1. The deal (allocating $6.3 million for fiscal 2026/27) includes phased reductions in General Fund contributions and new oversight measures to increase local revenue. Arizona Digital Free Press
