Camelback Road in Old Town Scottsdale, will open on Wednesday, May 14—accepting reservations for its nearly 14,000-square-foot space—and will offer craft cocktails, charcoal‑fired Wagyu steaks and a weekend dessert tasting experience. ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ Salt River Project installed a new dredge at Granite Reef Diversion Dam east of Mesa that will remove 8,000 tons of sand each week to keep water supplies clean. The electric dredge replaces a 1954 diesel model that pulled 200 tons per week+ it uses digital mapping to target sediment build-up in the canal system. The Arizona Republic
