  • In Arizona, the resort at Castle Hot Springs and a Bisbee microdistillery are planting diverse agave to produce local distillates inspired by traditional mezcal.   • Federal officials plan a 10-year water-sharing framework that will adjust cuts every two years, leaving Arizona facing a possible 40% reduction that may affect the CAP Canal.
