- ➤ Authorities began investigating the death of Hannah Moody after her body was found at 12:05 p.m. on May 22 near the Gateway Trailhead of the McDowell Sonoran Preserve in Scottsdale and said there are no signs of foul play — they will work with the Maricopa County Office of the Medical Examiner to determine the cause of death. - ➤ At a Scottsdale home on Wednesday at 4:35 p.m., authorities arrested 48-year-old Sean Quinn after he allegedly shot and killed 46-year-old Michael Bradford—whose fatal gunshot wound was found near a carport area. KTAR
- ➤ Scottsdale Police teamed with the Governor’s Office of Highway Safety, the Arizona Department of Transportation, and federal partners — including the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and East Valley law enforcement — to form a DUI Task Force for Memorial Day weekend. The task force will work on Friday, May 23 and today in the evening, and will help Mesa Police near the Salt River from noon to 10 p.m. on May 25 and May 26. Scottsdale Independent
