  • The Play and Stay indoor playground will open a Work and Stay program on August 1 at 9159 Talking Stick Way that lets parents drop off their kids for curriculum-based care while they work remotely, supported by educators with experience in early learning + child development.  Scottsdale Independent

CULTURE NEWS

  • Scottsdale Art Week: Presented by Scottsdale Ferrari will return to WestWorld of Scottsdale from March 19th to 22nd, 2026, featuring an ambitious lineup of exhibitors, immersive art experiences and cultural programming. Organizers said the debut event in 2025 delivered record sales + many galleries plan to return, and exhibitor booths are expected to fill quickly.  Arizona Digital Free Press

EDUCATION NEWS

  • Scottsdale Unified approved a school meal price increase for the 2025—26 school year because food, supply, and labor costs have risen, with elementary breakfasts going from $1.50 to $2.50, elementary lunches from $2.85 to $3.95, and secondary lunches rising from $3.10 to between $3.95 and $4.95. Students who qualify for free or reduced lunch will still get their discounts.  KJZZ
