Scottsdale native Bobby Stuckey co-founded Frasca Food and Wine in Boulder, which won the James Beard Award for Outstanding Restaurant when winners were announced on June 16.
In his acceptance remarks he said his win shows that the restaurant industry supports immigrants, single parents, and others looking for a fresh start—reflecting his long-held belief in hospitality’s power to build opportunity.
Il Bosco Pizza, a family-owned restaurant started in 2012 with three locations in Scottsdale and Phoenix, was named best pizza in the Phoenix Pizza Poll 2025 by thousands of readers.
The pizzeria makes its artisanal pies in a 900-degree woodfired oven and offers vegan and gluten-free options—continuing to serve local diners during regular hours.
Cook & Craft, a local dining favorite, launched an updated menu and new happy hour lineup to mark its 5-year anniversary.
The new menu features shareable dishes like Wagyu Sliders and hearty plates such as Pretzel Pastrami, while the happy hour runs weekdays from 3 to 6 p.m. & welcomes long-time guests and first-timers alike.
