  • Lisa Vanderpump will open the second Wolf by Vanderpump restaurant at Caesars Republic Scottsdale hotel in winter 2025.   • Metro Phoenix cities are urging residents to replace grass with drought-tolerant landscaping – they offer rebates for smart irrigation, pool removals, and other changes to cut water use.   • Arizona law says most rattlesnakes are protected and a hunting license is needed to kill or collect them unless the snake is an immediate danger—only then is killing allowed.
