The Maricopa Association of Governments secured a research grant and will launch a multi-day count using surveys and outreach to better measure homeless youth—aiming to capture those hidden from typical counts.

Scottsdale-based Forever Loved Pet Sanctuary received a $20,000 grant from The Grey Muzzle Organization to fund care for at-risk senior dogs—each dog will receive $1,250 for basic medical and dental services as they are transferred from local shelters.
