- ➤ The Toy Barn is expanding its upscale garage condo business by purchasing land in Mack Innovation Park at Loop 101 and Bell Road in Scottsdale—this new ninth location will sit on a 10-acre site covering more than 205,000 square feet and feature 135 private suites.
