  • Scottsdale Stadium welcomed nearly 140,000 fans during the 2025 Spring Training season and the Charros plus The Charro Foundation raised almost $1.4M for local nonprofits — funding over 100 groups such as the Boys and Girls Clubs and Scottsdale Arts. Renovations that began in 2019 improved the fan experience to help keep the stadium as a leading venue in the Cactus League.  Arizona Digital Free Press
  • Coach Brown, a new physical education teacher at Grayhawk Elementary, faced a life-threatening bladder cancer crisis and the community rallied with fundraisers and food deliveries—demonstrating strong local support.   • The Scottsdale Firefighters Association celebrated 20 years since Scottsdale took over its fire department from Rural Metro and will soon launch its Fireside Chat initiative—letting residents ask questions about emergency services. REAL ESTATE NEWS

  • According to an August report from MovingPlace, 85142 in Queen Creek ranked as the sixth most popular place to move between January and May — the study said suburban communities offer more space and affordable housing.  The Arizona Republic
  • Scottsdale was ranked as the 7th-most luxurious city in the U.S. based on a study by TFD Tax—this study measured key factors like wealth, luxury real estate, fine dining, entertainment, and beauty and wellbeing while noting lower scores in education and fashion. The findings show that the city’s upscale living and custom homes contribute to its luxury appeal.  KTAR
  • Scottsdale City Council approved The Collector’s Garage at WestWorld on Aug. 26, paving the way for a new five-acre, 76,500-square-foot luxury car storage facility east of Loop 101 and Scottsdale Airport. Developers will break ground in five to six months and complete construction in about 18 months—bringing high-end storage to north Scottsdale.  ABC15 Arizona
