Panda Fest is coming to Scottsdale from Nov.

21-23 at Salt River Fields where over 120 Asian food vendors, artisans, and performers will celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander cultures. The festival, founded by BiuBiu Xu of New York’s Dragon Fest (which began as a one-day pop-up), will offer art stations like sugar painting, calligraphy, and paper cutting along with an Instagram-worthy inflatable panda.

Proposition 409 is on the November ballot and will let voters approve an $898 million bond to upgrade Valleywise Health facilities—this will expand care for a growing number of people in Maricopa County.

The bond will fund a new behavioral health hospital and other upgrades with a small rise in property taxes.

Belgravia Group broke ground on Atavia, an 88-unit luxury condominium community in North Scottsdale.

The project features fourteen four-story buildings with private two-car garages and a Frank Lloyd Wright—inspired clubhouse with resort amenities such as a pool, spa and golf simulator, and is located north of Loop 101 and east of Scottsdale Road with over 60% of its first phase sold.
