- ➤ Panda Fest is coming to Scottsdale from Nov. 21-23 at Salt River Fields where over 120 Asian food vendors, artisans, and performers will celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander cultures. The festival, founded by BiuBiu Xu of New York’s Dragon Fest (which began as a one-day pop-up), will offer art stations like sugar painting, calligraphy, and paper cutting along with an Instagram-worthy inflatable panda.
