- ➤ At Experience Scottsdale’s annual meeting on Nov. 13, board chairman Ronen Aviram said 11.7 million visitors last year generated an economic impact of $3.7 billion—supporting over 28,000 jobs in Scottsdale. Scottsdale Independent
- ➤ Got Legs Furniture — a Scottsdale resale store that supports Arizona veterans transitioning from homelessness — will close its storefront at the end of 2025 while continuing to work with community partners, donors and volunteers to deliver furniture to veterans. - ➤ Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Adele Ponce ruled Friday that Arizona's tax credits for filmmaking are legal because the program lets companies lower their tax bills instead of receiving public money—she noted that the credits, which can total up to $125 million a year, do not violate the state constitution. The decision disappointed the Goldwater Institute, which vowed to appeal the ruling. Scottsdale Independent
