  • Got Legs Furniture and Décor, a store that helped Arizona veterans, will close at the end of the year after six years of service—its final sales run through December. Bridging AZ Furniture Bank will keep helping veterans with home essentials, according to founder Jim Piscopo.  ABC15 Arizona

  • A new study by CoworkingCafe ranked Scottsdale as the 11th best city for remote work out of 215, noting its strong arts, culture and prime real estate. It outperformed other Arizona cities such as Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, Tempe, Phoenix and Tucson — showing its appeal for telecommuters.  ABC15 Arizona
  • Scottsdale shoppers are urged to support local stores on Small Business Saturday on November 29 (this event began 15 years ago) as it has grown into one of the busiest shopping days of the holiday season. Recent federal and state tax reforms have helped small business owners stay competitive (nearly 68 cents of every dollar spent stays in the community) and boost local growth.  Scottsdale Independent

  • Scottsdale photographer Jim Burns will have his work featured among 12 images in the full-size 2026 Arizona wildlife calendar by the Arizona Game and Fish Department. He refined his style over 40 years to capture animal behavior in natural settings.  Scottsdale Independent

  • Hayden won their third straight Arizona 1A high school football championship on Saturday, November 15 at Scottsdale Coronado High School—defeating Bagdad 66-20.
