ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ Arizona is exploring seven water-supply proposals—three of which use desalination to swap water with Mexico or California—as the Colorado River shrinks. The Water Infrastructure Finance Authority has opened a comment portal for Arizonans to review the plans and help guide future negotiations. ABC15 Arizona
SPORTS NEWS
- ➤ The private Desert Highlands golf course in Scottsdale reopened today after several months of closure for a $10-million renovation that upgraded hole designs, turf, bunkers, and landscaping; the putting course is still under construction. KTAR
