- ➤ Arizona builders are adopting EyeBuild for its AI-powered construction cameras to boost jobsite security and workflow efficiency. Tinker Development recently deployed the system on a new custom home in Paradise Valley and said it saves time and prevents delays. Scottsdale Independent
- ➤ The Hayden Corporate Center at 8283 N. Hayden Road in Scottsdale sold for $10 million to Revelation RE on Monday, Dec. 8 according to a press release from Cushman & Wakefield — owners plan to renovate the interior and exterior and upgrade major building systems. Scottsdale Independent
