- ➤ Michelin-starred Din Tai Fung announced it will open a second Arizona restaurant at the former BJ's Brewhouse space in Chandler Fashion Center mall, with construction beginning January 2026 and the new location scheduled to open in 2027. - ➤ Winter shoppers at Scottsdale Promenade see a 40-foot elf clinging to a 125-foot spire designed by Frank Lloyd Wright (a collaboration with The Lumistella Company), inviting visitors to snap photos and share in the festive spirit today.
