  • The Valley of the Sun United Way awarded over $400K in emergency grants to local nonprofits that feed families, children, and seniors amid a SNAP benefits disruption.   • The Arizona State women won a Big 12 opener against Colorado 79 to 63 on Sunday, Dec. 21 at Desert Financial Arena in Tempe, improving to a 14 to 0 record.
